Tom W. Foster is the founding principal of Elevation Entities. He is responsible for the direction of growth of the company
Prior to forming Elevation Entities Tom was a principal co-founder of Elevation Companies where he headed up development and founded our wireless division Elevation Wireless over 15 years ago.
Prior to that Tom served as Vice President of Healthcare for Aardex, LLC, a Colorado based sustainable real estate developer. During his time at Aardex, Tom led the development and construction of the Muskogee Community Hospital which was a physician owned hospital in Muskogee Oklahoma.
Before Aardex Tom was a Senior Project Manager for Haselden Construction, LLC where Tom spent over 11 years working exclusively on medical projects with his main focus being on the University of Colorado Hospital relocation to the Fitzsimmons campus located in Aurora, Colorado.
Tom received in Colorado Real Estate license in April of 1989 and is a graduate from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management.

Throughout his career, Chris has maintained a strong passion for outdoor activities, which continues to influence both his professional and personal pursuits. As an avid snowboarder and fly fisherman, Chris thrives on the excitement of reeling in trout from his favorite rivers and carving fresh tracks on powder days.
In his role as Director at Elevation Wireless, Chris demonstrates a commitment to operational excellence and strategic leadership. He skillfully navigates the complexities of daily business procedures while fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation within his team. His dedication to achieving organizational goals enables him to leverage his experience and passion for the outdoors to drive growth and inspire others.
Rob Render is the Director of Construction at Elevation Entities, where he oversees all aspects of development and construction projects, from initial conception through successful completion. With more than 11 years of commercial construction management experience, Rob brings a proven track record of leadership, coordination, and execution across complex projects.
Prior to joining Elevation Entities, Rob worked with several commercial general contractors, holding a range of roles, providing him with a well-rounded perspective on project delivery and team collaboration. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Colorado State University, with a minor in Business Administration.
Rob brings a strong working knowledge of cutting-edge construction technology, helping Elevation Entities streamline processes and improve efficiency in all aspects of its projects.
Outside of work, Rob enjoys spending time outdoors with his family and friends. He is a devoted father, avid fly fisherman, archery hunter, and passionate outdoorsman.
Chris Horn serves as Director of Operations at Elevation Entities, where he's the go-to guy for just about everything - keeping projects on track, teams aligned, and the whole operation humming from his home base in Texas. As the company's sole Texas-based employee, Chris has mastered the art of remote execution, juggling roles across construction, development, site acquisition, and asset management.
He joined Elevation seven years ago as a construction engineer, climbing the ranks through site acquisition and operations while building a reputation as the ultimate jack of all trades. Before that, Chris cut his teeth in life science consulting, working with biotech firms like Genentech and MilliporeSigma to identify talent and efficiencies and bridge gaps in project needs. Those experiences sharpened his ability to adapt, collaborate, and deliver, skills he now deploys daily to support Elevation's mission of integrity, innovation, and ownership.
Whether he's handling IT support, on-site managing construction projects, or managing asset portfolios, Chris lives by "do it right the first time" and treats every decision like it's coming out of his own pocket. It's this mindset that helps drive exceptional results in our development, management, and wireless communications divisions.
Outside of his work, Chris enjoys staying active and giving back: hitting the trails for hikes, weight training in the gym, or whipping up healthy meals for his family. He's active in his church and community. He recently teamed up with friends and hometown organizations during the 2025 Texas floods, raising over $50,000 and serving nearly 6,000 meals to first responders and locals in need. At home, he cherishes time with his wife and newborn son, focused on growing their family with a solid foundation of faith, community, and hard work.
